Our 7-Step Proven Process
Fill out our online form and provide images of your home repair project. We’ll use the information you provide to prepare for the next step.
After a brief conversation and viewing your pictures, we can describe the repair needed and estimate the repair cost.
We’ll arrive at your home and do a full inspection to assess the safety aspects of your project. Together, we’ll discuss everything we recommend for your home repair and come up with a clear path moving forward.
The on-site inspection costs $500 and is a deposit towards your final payment if you proceed with the project.
Once we determine the details and we’re on the same page, we’ll review and sign the contract together. We’ll ensure you have all the information you need and that you’re comfortable with proceeding.
Before starting your work, we’ll walk through your site together to give you a clear idea of the repair steps and what you should expect throughout your project.
Once we have all the necessary materials and products for your project, we will start working. No matter the size of your project, you can expect us to give it our all and leave you highly satisfied with the result.
We’ll do a final walkthrough together to ensure your satisfaction with our work. Feel free to inspect every detail of the finished project so you can have peace of mind that everything is correct.
We offer a 5-year labor and systems warranty. You also benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty on materials. If something happens that is within our control and included in the warranty and contract; we’ll get it fixed for you as fast as possible.
*Some smaller jobs will not fall under the 5-year warranty, however they will be protected by a 1-year warranty.
After completing your project, we are still here to care for you. That’s why we will follow up to ensure you are still more than satisfied with your project.
